Credentialing is pending for:

Pending credentialing does not guarantee network participation, coverage, reimbursement, or a specific patient cost.

Self Pay/Prompt Pay Discounted Rates:

Initial psychiatric evaluation/intake: $299 (60 minutes)
Follow-up medication management visit: $165 (20 minutes)

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, uninsured or self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. We will provide this estimate upon scheduling and upon request. CMS guidance states that providers/facilities must inform uninsured or self-pay individuals of GFE availability upon scheduling or request.
